Services built one of the largest installations of IBM Connections in Germany for a large automotive company and has administered this installation for many years in 3rd level support, especially being responsible for customization and the update processes.

The leading automotive company runs an installation of the co-existence manager for Notes from Dell/Quest for more than 100, 000 users. The Notes/Domino mailing infrastructure of the company is connected to the cloud infrastructure, built on the basis of Office 365, of a newly acquired company.

A global insurance company with more than 100, 000 users runs a co-existence installation based on Dell/Quest CMN in order to connect the german HCL Notes infrastructure with the other mail infrastructures being run on the basis of Microsoft Exchange in other countries.

holistic-net was responsible for the mail file migration during a migration from Notes/Domino to Outlook Exchange in a European-wide business chain with more than 6000 users. The project was successfully completed within six months. The most important tools used were holistic application management and holistic access & group check and were used to complete the customer specific process implementation of the project.

A significant manufacturer of consumer electronics migrated from Notes/Domino to Outlook/Exchange. During the assessment stage, the impact the migration would have on all applications was tested. The testing was completed using holistic application management for creating an inventory and then holistic design scan to identify applications requiring recoding. The holistic outlook bridge provides functionality that allows further use of Notes applications in an infrastructure based on Microsoft Outlook/Exchange.

A world leading chemical company migrated its middleware stack from the HCL product line to the Microsoft variant. During this process, content from an instance of HCL Connections that was running for many years was migrated to the Microsoft world. The destination platform was Microsoft SharePoint with heavy customization and expansions. The implementation was performed by holistic-net in cooperation with the partner Beezy.

Our customer in the automotive branch has significantly customized their Connections installation. These customizations were partially developed by holistic-net. The entire set of customizations must always be tested for compatibility before every connections update. We offer this service along with our partner Beck et al. Services.

holistic-net developed an application for scanning and measuring tires with a complex GUI, global data processing and storage, interfaces to central data storage for measurement standards, a scanning interface, deployment with a de-centralized MS SQL infrastructure, implementation, and provided 2nd and 3rd level support.

For a global customer active in the automotive industry, holistic-net developed an application for managing documents used in the QA department. This application features complex access rights and workflows, ITIL Process illustrations, graphical navigation, and LDAP connections. holistic-net performed the implementation and is responsible for 2nd and 3rd level support.

holistic-net developed a workflow application for handling personnel requests. This application runs worldwide and can handle complex workflows. The front end is made for Notes Full Client, but has also been expanded with XPages to run in the browser. The implementation and deployment was completed by holistic net, and holistic-net is responsible for both 2nd level and 3rd level support. This application is also monitored by HPSM.

For a customer in the automotive industry, we developed a recruiting management system with a portal for applicants. This system is active word wide. holistic-net was responsible for the designing and implementation, and is responsible for application administration as well as 2nd and 3rd level support. This application features multi-language support and complex workflows, and handles more than 10,000 applicants per month!

A global company working mainly with industrial gasses uses the holistic connections toolbox for content management of wikis. Using the holistic connections toolbox to update wikis in an orderly way is much more efficient and saves money.

A customer in the automotive industry uses HCL Notes as a mail and application platform with more than 170,000 users. The global administration of this environment is supported with the holistic application management and holistic desktop process tools.

holistic-net has been supporting a large northern German bank for many years in the areas of Notes administration, general support, and application development.

A leading manufacturer for forklifts uses the holistic application management tool for supporting their worldwide Notes mail and application environment. Change processes for the Notes Client can be executed in this environment using the holistic desktop processes without interaction from the user.

For a large insurance company with a location in Lower Saxony, holistic-net implemented a process which reconfigured the wifi settings on the notebooks of hundreds of field service personnel. To accomplish this, drivers needed to be installed and deleted and the wifi configuration of the operating system needed to be changed all without the user needing to perform any action over a dialog box.

holistic-net planned and executed the development of a mail system based on Microsoft Outlook/Exchange for a producer of industrial equipment based in Lower Saxony. In the second phase, holistic-net migrated the existing mailboxes from HCL Notes/Domino to Microsoft Outlook/Exchange using the tool Notes Migrator for Exchange developed by Dell/Quest.

A paper manufacturer in Lower Saxony runs a Notes/Domino infrastructure for about 120 users, as well as many Notes applications. holistic-net performs 2nd and 3rd level support for this infrastructure and is in charge of the existing application environment and handles further development of the applications.

A north German Banking institute with branches in London and overseas has had a mailing and application infrastructure build on HCL Notes. holistic-net has been performing 2nd level support for parts of this infrastructure for many years.
