The holistic client info collection delivers the necessary information from the desired amount of users into a Lotus Notes database. With the click of a button delivered through email, the requested information will be sent by the user to the database. Throughout this process, it can be checked which users actually delivered the requested information.
The following information will be collected:
Additionally, user specific files, such as NOTES.INI, NAMES.NSF or DESKTOP*.* from the client can be registered.
This tool is licensed to a company. There are no restrictions to the usage of the tool within the company. Technically, the information inquiry of the OS specific data on the Lotus Notes full client on the Windows platform is restricted. The MAC, OS, and Linux platforms will be added by the implementation of a future release, if needed.

The deployment of the Lotus Notes full client in a network is always different due to the hardware available, and their settings.
In preparation for every infrastructure project, there is a list of questions to which the answers are not spontaneously known.
- Which Notes Clients releases will be used?
- Which operating system will be used?
- What hardware specifications exist for a specific client(CPU, RAM, hard drives)?
- Which users use which notes client on which machines?
There are always standards and "Rules-of-Thumb" regarding the deployment of new infrastructure systems. There are also just as often surprises and exceptions, the need to run an absurd special installation, and deviations from company standards that cannot be understood. Often 10% of the clients are responsible for 90% of the project's man-hours.
For the management of Lotus Notes infrastructure projects, the answers to these questions, or at least a sample of them, need to be answered so that it is not started solely with untested guesses.
