holistic access & group check analyzes the current access rights of individuals and groups throughout the whole corporate Lotus Notes application landscape and resolves group interlacing. Additionally, the tool analyzes the administrative condition, group definitions, and the use of groups. It is therefore an essential tool in mid-sized and large infrastructures for administration and revision.

holistic group & access check reads the necessary information from the RAM and uses that information to conduct its research. A log document will be formed with the results per user/group per application. What's new in Version 3.3.1: Find incorrect ACL entries This will check all ACL entries so that any mention of a specific person, group, or server in specified address books will be found. "Wild card" entries will be ignored. Group Expansion This check goes through the ACL entries per application, through the defined CATALOG, or the personal HAM. This means that people who are not in the defined address book will be ignored. Groups which are not listed in the address books cannot be included. The question "Where does a person have ACL access in the collection of applications?" is dependably answered with this check.
